Starting a Mothers & More Chapter

If so, it's time to start your own local chapter of Mothers & More!

What local chapters do

Our local chapters offer camaraderie, recognition, and affirmation to moms like you--working moms, stay-at-home moms, and moms anywhere in between.

We laugh together and commiserate; we share stories, ideas, and dreams; we support one another; and we celebrate us as women! Our monthly evening meetings give us a chance to break from our everyday lives, establish friendships with other dynamic women, voice the emotional and practical issues we face as mothers, and explore avenues for self-fulfillment during our active parenting years. We enjoy guest speakers, moms' nights out, playgroups, family activities, seasoned mom groups, special-interest groups (book club, scrapbooking, cooking...), care committees, advocacy opportunities, email loops, and much more.

What we do for chapter leaders

We provide new leaders with all kinds of things to help a chapter get off the ground and thrive, including access to an experienced chapter leader who is eager to help you, a thorough leaders' manual, and a chapter-management website full of resources, such as programming for great meetings and flyer and press release templates designed to help you reach potential members.  You will also have the opportunity to belong to a supportive online community of all of our chapter leaders and an email discussion loop created just for new chapter leaders.
