Username and Password
Check the mailing label on the back of your most
recent issue of The Forum.
Your username is your membership expiration month
and year, located in the upper right corner of the mailing label. Your
password is located just to the left of your expiration date. Please type
the username and password exactly as seen on your mailing label.
(Both are case-sensitive, so watch those uppercase and lowercase letters!)
